Valiant - besides being the "light in our lives", left a legacy of dozens of
champion children, grandchildren & great grandchildren.

From the day he was born, until the day he left us, 12-1/2 years later,
Val was a part of our lives we will always treasure. He looked as good the day he retired, as ever.
We will never forget the day we brought him out of his retirement at age 9,
just to show him as a 'Veteran' at a Specialty Great Dane Show.
The judge who had loved him deeply throughout his career,
was so emotionally moved seeing him after so many years,
that she stopped judging & walked over to the ring table.
She wiped the tears out of her eyes & put on sunglasses, so that no one would see her crying.
Words cannot express how proud he has made us.
